Passionate about bridging the gap between mechanics and electronics. My focus is on Industrial Automation, PLC programming, and integrating IoT solutions to solve real-world engineering problems.
I completed my industrial training at Thudawe Brothers, where I gained hands-on exposure to heavy vehicle and diesel engine systems. The training focused on engine maintenance, fluid control systems, and practical vehicle repair, helping me strengthen my practical engineering skills, workplace discipline, and understanding of real-world mechanical operations in the automotive and heavy engineering sector.
I completed my industrial training at LTL Transformers, where I gained hands-on experience in power transformer manufacturing and assembly. In addition, I was involved in automation system design and fabrication, designing mechanical parts for their machines, and actively participating in maintenance activities. This training strengthened my understanding of industrial automation, machine design, maintenance practices, and real-world manufacturing operations.
Automated a manual filling process using Xinje PLC. Developed a PLC-based yogurt filling machine for ENGEX 2025, using a XINJE PLC with Festo pneumatics. The system automates cup placement, yogurt filling, lid placing, and lid pressing, using servo motors and proximity sensors for precise and reliable operation.
Developed an oil tank monitoring and filling system for four tanks using ultrasonic and industrial pressure sensors. The system automatically controls valves to prevent overflow and includes automatic shut-off and emergency operation, powered by a Siemens LOGO! PLC.
Developed a cost-effective remote roller door controller using RF communication and custom electronics. The system enables reliable up, down, and stop control through both wireless remote and manual inputs, while ensuring safe motor operation with limit-based protection.
During my internship at LTL Transformers, designed and fabricated a wire tensioning arm for a high-voltage coil winding machine. The system improves tension control, reduces outer diameter, minimizes wire breakage, and ensures a high-quality finished product. The design was developed using SolidWorks.
Let's build the future of automation together.
